Carolann is one of the Moving Image Coordinators at Cactus Club, a small artist-run venue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Moving Image holds screenings from a wide range of artist-driven and independent media, specifically holding space for queer makers.

She founded Cactus Club Independent Film Festival, screening over 40 shorts from local and international filmmakers across three days. The goal was to strip down the classism and exclusivity surrounding film festivals. This fest is an inclusive and experimental outlet for makers of all backgrounds and experience levels.
